Admission:

The students of Vins Christian Women's College of Engineering are admitted as per the norms prescribed by the Government of Tamilnadu and Anna University.

Academic Information:

Vins Christian Women's College of Engineering intends to impact quality education in the fields of science & technology in an effective way.

1. Class advisors[counselors/class-in charges]are appointed for each section of students to give advice,to help and to monitor and they guide them to solve their problems.A record is maintained by the counselor for this purpose.

2. The counselor's responsibility is to inform the students progress to the chairman,the secretary and the principal.

3. Parents are free to meet the principal at anytime to know about their ward's progress in academics.

4. Internal assessment exams, Revision Exams and model exams will be conducted and the student's performance will be monitored. Parents will be kept informed about their ward's academic performance.

5. Every effort is taken to obtain best results and score high marks in the University Examinations.

Advisory System

1. For a set of 20 students,one class advisor is assigned.

2. The Class Advisor plays the role of the local guardian to the student and would try to be an assistance to his/her wards in all their difficulties

3. The class advisor,maintains the students file regarding,the students attendance,marks in the examination,achievements in curricular and co-curricular activities.
